The main responsibilities are:
- Supports efforts to drive Quality improvement in complaints related to CRQS (customer relevant quality standards) issues with Logistics, marketing and quality teams.
- Initiates activities aimed at managing quality issues with customers & channels including rejections, complaints.
- Inspection and monitoring market return and refusals. Taking improvement actions to reduce quality related business waste.
- Inspection of products in warehouse and informing suppliers and quality team about quality issues if there is any.
- Ensures regular market place on-shelf product assessments are carried out (CRQS evaluations), data is analyzed and improvement projects are activated and followed up
- Providing map for quality activities and supporting quality team in Supply Chain digitalization project.
- Leads Pallet Quality Improvement based on KPI data, trends analyses and quality improvement methodologies / tools.
- Consumer / customer handling , trend analysis and quality improvement.
- Collection of materials and products document and getting approval from R&D and suppliers.
Key facts on ULIP:
• Program duration: 3-12 months of #uniquelyunilever development experience
• Degree required: At least B.S degree in chemical/polymer engineering/chemistry or related fields
• Experience required: 1 Year of experience in supply chain quality role would be an advantage
• English level: Upper intermediate
