At Mofid securities, we are looking for a head of sales to assist us in the following areas:
- Manage and supervise the entire sales process
- Set annual and monthly sales targets for the team
- Adjust and implement new sales and marketing strategies
- Provide new insights about the sales processes
- Implement market research and benchmark
- Manage, supervise, and control the performance of team members
- Provide incentive programs for the team
- Technical interview with the potential job candidates
- Provide required reports
Requirements
- At least 5 years’ managerial experience in the field of sales and marketing
- Familiarity with the market research and benchmark
- Outstanding ability in research
- Fluent in English
- Preferred age range: 30 to 40 years old
