Job Description

•    To articulate MTNIrancell's Digital brand strategy to position the digital identity of MTNIrancell through the presence of its digital services in the market.  
•    To develop and ensure implementation of brand and media frameworks and policies for the MTNIrancell Digital brand.
•    To manage the development of the MTNIrancell digital P&S marketing, including SEO, SMO, and social media management. 
•    To manage the MTNIrancell Digital P&S Brand perception in consumer segments to ensure it aligns entirely with the digital brand strategy. 
•    To develop a framework for research to ensure continuous analysis of available data to determine the positioning of MTNIrancell's P&S brand.
•    To monitor MTNIrancell's Digital P&S brand image in traditional and digital media and ensure alignment with the Digital Brand strategy.
•    To have an overarching control and management of activities of advertising, media, and creative agencies.
•    To have control and management over PR activities to ensure their alignment with digital brand identity and to control and monitor the social media and news releases regarding the digital P&S of MTNIrancell. 
•    To manage the measurement of NPS of MTNIrancell digital P&S quarterly to check the customer satisfaction so that the digital P&S owners can make necessary changes to their products.  
•    To manage the collaboration with the different teams in Digital (DG) department to prepare the communication plans for MTNIrancell DG P&S. 
•    To manage the relationship with the advertising agencies to ensure on-time delivery of the requests, on-time pitches, and proposals and ensure the payment process and the invoices with these agencies are on track
•    To manage the development of the quarterly reports on the DG branding activity, including the branding factors, social media KPIs, DG brand budget, NPs, and the related measurements.  
•    To manage the presence of MTNIrancell DG P&S in the related exhibitions and the sponsorship plans.
