-Managing the sales pipeline (sales agents, operation and support, provider collaboration and delivery)
-Finding new growth opportunities for the company and forming strategic partnerships that open up new markets.
-Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline for short/medium/long term according to targets.
-Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies and delegate tasks to achieve strategic goals.
-Motivate the team, track performance and report metrics.
Requirements and Skills:
-At least 1 year experience
- Ability to use necessary software (MSP, Excel, Google Sheets , …)
-Strong analytical skills
-High problem solving and critical thinking skills
-Resilience as a considerable skill
-Excellent communication and feedback skills
-Planning and organizing
-Proactivity and effective teamwork Skills
-MBA degree is preferred (Top Tehran universities)
