Job Description

  • Expand the lifetime value of drivers and create more engagement with them as one of Tapsi's main stakeholders.
  • Own and lead driver loyalty club, including driver incentives, service design, and operation.
  • Analyze the loyalty program performance.
  • Asses and works with outsourced vendors to implement best practice loyalty schemes.
  • Coordinate external contractors and service suppliers.
  • Close cooperation with other departments in order to translate business. requirements into loyalty program rules, processes, and configurations.
  • Cooperate with the Software Product team with regard to application configuration and enhancements.

Requirements:

  • B.S. in a must - Relevant majors are Marketing, Management, MBA
  • +4 years of relevant experience (Business Development, Marketing, Trade, Sales)
  • Experience in Campaign and account management
  • Excellent negotiation skill
  • Experience in project management
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills
  • Multi-task across multiple tasks (prioritization setting and workload allocation)
  • Data-driven mindset and sound business judgment
  • Hands-on execution
  • Strong analytical skills
