Develop, review, update and implement business strategic planning, including operations, financial performance, marketing, and product enhancement.
Oversea operations to ensure minimum cost and to meet demand growth.
Oversee key projects, processes and performance reports, data, and analysis.
Review and approve the preparation of accounting analysis for budgetary planning and implementation and financial reporting.
Engage with media and press to create publicity for TAPSI's brand.
Establish and manage relationships with government and regulatory organizations.
Guide the marketing team to develop user growth strategies.
Initiate creative local marketing strategies and user growth campaigns.
Represent TAPSI at local events and with local PR.
Communicate product/process needs to headquarters.
