As a Senior Business Analyst, you will report to the Director of Strategy to help us shape our organization's long-term and mid-term strategy.
To be successful as a Senior Business Analyst, you need to understand our business, our capabilities, competition, and the macro environment. You should be able to use that understanding and work with both qualitative and quantitative data to create financial models that help the development of the strategic plans of our corporation and then take action in implementing those plans.

Responsibilities: 
Gathering and analyzing required quantitative and qualitative data for strategic decision-making 
Assessing market trends and competitors 
Creating quantitative financial and business models to guide the senior executives in decision-making processes
Synthesizing all the gathered information to support the development of a long-term organizational strategy 
Helping in implementation of organization’s strategic plans 
Conducting researches and analyses to measure effectiveness and efficiency of current functions and processes by defining the right KPIs and monitoring them

Requirements: 
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, management, or equivalent experience 
Experience in management consulting, strategic planning, or product management 
Experience in Relational SQL databases 
Outstanding analytical and research abilities 
Knowledgeable in creating financial models 
Sharp strategic mindset
Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures 
Good communication and presentation skills 
Project management skills
