JOB Brief

The technical senior Specialist is a person who is responsible for all aspects of the Technical aftersales service, and functions, and provides test data to assure the accuracy of high-quality testing. 

·       Handling Customer Technical aftersales service and consultant for claims
·       Properly document and follow all procedures set forth in the frequency guide and standards of return.
·       Quality testing of daily returned mostly electronic and gadget devices.
·       Lead technical check specialist and responsible for relevant KPI 
 
 Responsibilities

• Properly document and follow all procedures set forth in the frequency guide and standards.
• Ability to perform all testing, evaluations, and documentation of results while following procedures.
• Ability to troubleshoot and take corrective action on the items.
• Assist supervisors in resolving technical issues, tracking quality trends, and recommending and implementing plans to improve quality and production efficiency.
• Computer literacy required with proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel and Word.
