The main responsibilities are:
- Deliver HR operational support to employees, while working with the HR Manager to provide strategic direction to address business issues and manage change agenda.
- Partner with line managers on complex employee relations issues, providing advice and guidance in seeking resolution, policy interpretation and employee advocacy.
- Maintain, coordinate, monitor and report HR trends and issues within scope of work.
- Coordinate and keep up to date the on-boarding process with safety and operation teams.
- Collaboration with universities and organization as well as organizing events with the aim of Employer Branding
- Collaboration with all teams and engagement in WCM (World Class Manufacturing) actions and meetings as the representative of People Development pillar.
- Sourcing and recruitment of the personnel.
- Posting jobs, setting interviews and involving in the recruitment and the selection of the personnel
- Enhancing the physical, emotional, social and psychological well-being of the personnel such as gym, game room etc.
- Developing training plan for factory
- Coordination with the trainers and target teams for trainings
- Submit trainings in LMS system and doing inquiry and evaluation for each training
- Doing performance management affairs
- Following up for medical check-ups for new joiners
- Receiving invoice from trainers and following up for purchase request and purchase order in sage system
- Developing SC organizational chart and doing organizational review affairs
- Providing data for different audits
The key requirements are:
- 2 Years of experience in HR preferably in a multinational company
- M.S/B.S degree in industrial engineering/industrial management/business/commerce or related fields
- Good command in english
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel
