Job Description:
Analyzing CRM channels on daily basis and take initiatives to have per channel improvements.
Budget and capacity allocation to each channel based on business requirements.
Managing CRM channels content and take necessary actions to improve messaging.
Analyze complex customer data sets and find better segmentation of users based on historical/behavioral data.
Improving CRM processes bases on channel requirements.
Job Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in marketing
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Analytical tools (Google analytics, etc.), RFM and segmentation (Familiarity with Google tag manager and WebEngage is a plus)
Strong reporting and documentation skills.
Fluent in both written and verbal English
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (an MBA degree is a plus)
