We are looking for an experienced Senior Legal Specialist to join our company. In this role, your responsibilities will include completing your assigned duties, leading your team, and most importantly collaborating with other teams.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, revising, and negotiating various types of contracts, terms & conditions, and agreements
• Conducting research and providing advice on various legal issues
• Drafting various types of legal documents such as letters, minutes of meetings, notices, etc.
• Assisting the legal team in internal corporate bodies’ affairs
• Assisting the legal team in license and regulatory affairs
• Contract administration  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in law.
• At least 3 years of working experience in reputable companies or law firms.
• Knowledge of business processes and legal formalities.
• Strong Communications skills and the ability to conduct business negotiations.
• Mastery of MS Office, especially Excel, and creating periodic reports.
• Persistent, motivated, and energetic with a teamwork spirit. 
• Familiarity with the startup ecosystem and the Internet business environment.
• Having good public relations and the ability to establish team and group interactions.
• Mastery of negotiation techniques and interaction with groups outside the organization.
• High ability to plan and schedule tasks.
