● Sales budgeting annually and monthly.
● Prepare reports for sales in production groups, SKU, and branches.
● Collect and classify the information on sales.
● Prepare and perform the incentive system and performance evaluation system.
● Cooperate in sales routing.
● Provide strategies to increase sales and production.
● Develop sales methods and standards.
● Propose and control sales promotion.
● Prepare statistical analysis including information in the form of graphs, charts, and tables.
● Monitor sales KPI.
● Dead clients analysis.
● Customer habits analysis based on customer classification.
● Human resources budgeting in order to optimize cost and revenue.
● Prepare sales forecast.
● Inventory control.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, and an MBA graduate.
● Fluent in MS Office, especially Excel.
● Introduction to BI.
● Gender preference: Male (single).
● Ability to solve problems and model and be creative in solving problems.
● Familiarity with ERP system.
● Ability to prepare management reports and dashboards.
● High PR and ability to communicate.
● Ability and power of analysis.
● Medium to high English (IELTS 6 minimum).
● Preferably related work experience in planning.
● Preferably related work experience in the FMCG industry.
