Accurate and timely payroll processing
Preparing personnel information,part-time work hours, earnings, and deductions for calculating salaries
Calculate the variable pay for employees (bonuses, incentives)

Checking the status of personnel loans and other perks in HR- Administer employee insurance, working with insurance brokers and plan carriers
Performs file imports into payroll system from various sources and reviews and verifies payroll data in a timely manner
Responsible for all management reporting, and updating relevant HR and payroll systems, as needed
Requirements:
Education: At least bachelor in Accounting, Management
+5 years experiences in administrative and payroll roles
Sufficient people skills to interact with colleagues
The flexibility and willingness to learn
Advanced in Ms. Office
Familiar with written and spoken English is a plus
Able to work under pressure and multitasking with attention to detail
Familiar with Donyaie Pardazesh Software
Understanding of Rahkaran System time and attendance software
Familiar with the rules of insurance and payroll system
