Enterprise Business Sales Support Specialist (Vendor)

Roles & Responsibilities
To support the EB Finance team with the debt collection process by following them with the related Sales Team.
To dispatch customer requests sent through the official Enterprise Business email to related teams to be addressed promptly.
To implement the customer registration process and collect all required documents.
To keep track of activated services in the pilot phase and ensure the service will be terminated after the pilot phase unless the customer is invoiced.
To coordinate and prepare related documents for the EB sales team to attend to different Bids.
To review the discrepancies between the invoiced product and the delivered one regarding quota, TPS (transaction per Second), etc., prepare related reports, and follow up to be resolved.
To support the EB Partnership team about handling the tasks related to providing products or solutions by following up with other divisions.
To follow up on any open audits and controls related to sales and support processes and take necessary actions to close them.
To support, follow, and answer customer complaints.
To support and follow maintenance and renewal of platforms used by EB.
To provide and deliver products or services to customers based on existing SLA and OLA.
To supervise and monitor external and internal teams for customer authentication and archiving documents per orders.
To monitor data entry and organizations registered in L&P by sales teams, ensuring that all of them align with the existing rules and report it.
To provide EB management with regular reports on delivered products and services.

Education
B.A. degree on management or commerce (Financial/Marketing/Communication) or related

Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the area of specialization.
Experience working in a medium or large organization in Telecom, IT or related fields
