Roles & Responsibilities
To control, coordinate and supervise T&A vendors and follow up with them to resolve any problem that exists in T&A software
To monitor the process of all employee missions, leaves, unused leaves, and overtime records to ensure they are accurate based on the time attendance policy.
To provide analyzed attendance reports, overtime, leave, unused leave, and mission records whenever needed
To monitor and investigate T&A software and report possible issues and bugs to the supervisor
To issue staff ID cards for various types of employees,
To take the staff fingerprints on access devices and ensure maintenance, the accuracy of staff fingerprints loaded on access devices
To ensure T&A hardware and equipment accuracy and availability per their working condition, the time shown on the device, etc.
To create and maintain an effective filing system and ensure the accuracy of records based on various attendance, overtime, mission, and leave conditions.
To ensure the accuracy of equipment for recording and saving the employee's attendance
To maintain T&A software and ensure all related queries related to software are resolved.
To perform staff's exit queries, including:
Cancellations of ID cards and removing staff from attendance devices.
Reporting staff attendance.
To verify and report the presence of (list of) staff(s) at a particular time [or time period] in case of the line manager's request & HR approval
· To provide efficient solutions to solve time attendance-related issues through digital methods in order to provide a better employee experience
· To support staff about the inaccessibility of the network in some regions to download attendance data directly from access devices
· To communicate with the T&A vendor to resolve the system errors and find a way to get vendors’ collaboration.
