We are looking for an Account Management Specialist with excellent communication and analytical skills to manage and optimize vendor performance.
Responsibilities:
• Manage vendor inventory and product assortment, adding new items to expand their catalog.
• Monitor product presentation and content accuracy on the vendor panel to improve the customer experience.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute sales-boosting campaigns and promotions.
• Negotiate with vendors to secure discount coupons and special offers.
• Track, compare, and analyze product pricing to optimize pricing strategies.
• Analyze sales data to identify best-selling items and suggest additional discounts to drive higher sales.
• Maintain ongoing communication with various teams (marketing, key account management, and suppliers) to ensure effective campaign execution.
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in account management, e-commerce, sales development, or related fields.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, MBA, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce and supply chain concepts.
• Proficiency in Excel and analytical tools for sales performance evaluation.
• Strong negotiation skills and effective communication abilities for vendor and internal team interactions.
• Attention to detail in monitoring product content, inventory, and pricing.
• A team player with a proactive attitude, responsibility, and a problem-solving mindset.
