Roles & Responsibilities
To gather data from various sources, including transportation management systems, warehouse management systems, customer feedback, and third-party logistics providers to manage sales products, and deliveries, various sources and products are utilized, including: sources (Inventory Management, Salesforce, DPOS, …) Products: (Sales, Delivery, Complaints, …).
To ensure data (online sales) integrity and accuracy through regular audits and cleansing processes.
To analyze delivery performance metrics such as delivery times, costs, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
To gather, clean, and process structured and unstructured data from multiple sources to manage sales products, and deliveries, various sources and products are utilized.
To use statistical methods and data visualization tools to identify trends, patterns, and outliers in delivery data.
To monitor and report on metrics such as on-time delivery rates, cost per delivery, and customer satisfaction scores.
To leverage analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI) to perform complex data analyses and create dashboards, and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders through reports and presentations.
To work with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and IT, to align logistics strategies with business objectives.
To provide actionable recommendations based on data insights to improve business performance.
To stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, such as AI and machine learning, that can enhance logistics operations.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, data science, IT management
Experience
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in dynamic and fast-moving industries;
Experience working in a medium to large organization
