Job Description
Mission:
To optimize the company's operating model for effective digital transformation and strategic execution by accurate and appropriate analysis of current pain points for new designed Model.
Roles & Responsibilities:
To conduct in-depth analyses of the company's operating model and ensure its alignment with the company's digital transformation and strategic objectives.
To identify areas for improvement in the company's high-level operating model and make recommendations for change.
To develop and conduct high-level process mapping and assessments and analyze data and metrics related to the company's operating model.
To identify and assess the impact of technology on the organization's operating model.
To develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the company's operating model.
To provide the team with operating model and methods analytical reports for design and implementation of new operating models or processes.
To collaborate with other departments to identify and address any issues or challenges related to the company's operating model.
To keep abreast with operating model trends and provide subject matter expertise on operating model analysis.
To proactively analyze business processes and identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in order to lead continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing root cause analysis.
To utilize data-driven insights to promote informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Communication, Finance, Economics) or related
A master degree in the areas mentioned above is advantageous
Fluent in English
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an area of specialization
