Job Description

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing HR programs of the company including but not limited to talent management, total rewards (budgeting and implementation), performance management and office. He or she will have to contribute to a positive workplace culture and ensure the company's human capital is effectively managed.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process, from job posting to candidate selection.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Create career development plans to foster employee growth.

Performance Management:

  • Maintain and upgrade the performance appraisal system.
  • Enforces managers on performance evaluation and feedback.
  • Make sure the employee performance improvement plans are ongoing.

Benefits and Compensation:

  • Administer employee benefits programs.
  • Ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures.
  • Stay current with industry trends in compensation and benefits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (a Master’s degree is a plus)
  • Proven experience in a similar HR management role for at least 3 years.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership and managerial skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR functions with organizational goals.
