Job Description

Responsibilities:
•    Identify and target potential restaurants and cafes to join the FoodRo platform through field visits, market research, and data-driven lead generation.
•    Initiate contact and pitch the value proposition of FoodRo to restaurant owners and decision-makers.
•    Negotiate key contract terms including commissions, discounts, settlement terms, and service levels to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
•    Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., content, operations, finance) to ensure smooth and efficient onboarding of vendors.
•    Accurately maintain vendor information, lead progress, and acquisition status within CRM systems or acquisition tracking tools.
•    Build initial relationships with newly onboarded vendors and ensure a successful early stage experience.
•    Prepare regular reports on acquisition metrics such as lead conversion rates, signed contracts, and market feedback.
•    Stay informed about local food trends, market dynamics, and competitors to identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation

Requirements:
•    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, Management or any related field is preferred. 
•    Minimum 1 years of experience in vendor acquisition, business development, or B2B sales.
•    Experience in food-tech, e-commerce, or related fast-paced industries is a plus.
•    Proficiency in using CRM tools and Excel for tracking leads and generating reports.
•    Familiarity with acquisition funnels and performance metrics (e.g., lead-to-deal ratio, CAC).
•    Basic understanding of contract terms, commission models, and commercial deal structures.
•    Ability to conduct basic market analysis to identify high-potential areas or vendors.
•    Comfort with using tools such as Google Workspace, task management platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana), and reporting dashboards.
