IP Operations Engineer IPRAN (Vendor)

•    Collaborate with vendors to ensure their performance and compliance with SLA during the project delivery handover and integration of IP RAN network.
•    Interface with Regulator and Incumbent Operators to ensure effective IP RAN network operation.
•    Document all IP and VLAN regarding Mobile access Transmission IP network and all plan typology, changes, and issues happening in IP RAN.
•    To monitor the day-to-day operational function related to Mobile access Transmission IP network equipment and network.
•    To ensure RNC, RBS, and MW-related IP nodes’ availability and link connectivity.
•    To ensure that Mobile access Transmission IP network access services are delivered on time, with sufficient capacity operating to the required level of service.
•    To follow and apply operational procedures and functions related to all IP RAN access equipment and deployments
•    To check all IP RAN managed services tasks/reports on a daily basis to ensure all services are based on what is agreed in SLA.
•    To provide IP RAN support of new and existing services and features regarding business requirements and plans.
•    To support second and third-tier escalations for all operational outages in the IP RAN network to solve any outage quickly.
•    To troubleshoot IP RAN problems quickly and help provide second line engineering solutions by maintaining deep knowledge of topology and up-to-date configuration details.
•    To implement the operationally defined procedures and policies for all IPRAN and ensure all IP RAN expansions and deployments are based on operational rules and defined PPPs.
•    To ensure the operation of all IP RAN changes are with the minimum impact in live NWG.
•    To monitor IP RAN links’ availability and performance, track the issues and high fault links, and provide reports of all issues to ensure service availability of provided links.
•    To collaborate with vendors to ensure their performance and compliance with SLA during the project delivery handover and integration of IP RAN network.
•    To monitor all IP RAN cutovers to minimize outage.
•    To monitor the contractors installing the related IP transportation infrastructure and ensure that targets are achieved in terms of safety, quality, and speed.
