About the Role:

Tapsi Garage is seeking a passionate and hands-on HR Generalist to support our growing team. As part of a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment, you will be responsible for key HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, culture initiatives, performance support, and employee engagement. We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves building strong people-first processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes for tech and non-tech roles
  • Deliver a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience
  • Partner with managers to implement performance and feedback frameworks
  • Organize learning sessions, workshops, and internal events
  • Drive employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
  • Maintain up-to-date HR records and documentation
  • Support day-to-day employee relations with empathy and professionalism
  • Help shape and implement HR policies aligned with TAPSI Garage culture
  • Collaborate on HR projects and support cultural transformation


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a startup or tech environment
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR operations
  • Proactive attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with HR tools and recruitment platforms
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with OKRs, agile teams, and startup workflows (Is a Plus)
