Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement product strategy based on market needs, business objectives, and user feedback
• Lead and manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to execution and optimization
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to develop and grow products
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and user behavior to identify new opportunities
• Prioritize features and make strategic decisions regarding the product roadmap
• Design and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to continuously optimize product performance
• Review and analyze user behavior data to improve the overall user experience (UX)
• Prepare periodic reports for senior management on product development progress and achievements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in product management, preferably in startup environments
• Strong understanding of digital product development processes and business models
• An MBA degree or academic background in business management is considered a significant advantage
• Proficiency in data analysis and data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in industries related to mobile, second-hand product sales, and SIM card markets is a strong plus
