About the Role:
We are seeking a Payroll Team Lead to oversee and lead a team of accountants efficiently and professionally. This role involves close collaboration with the CFO, Senior Managers, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. The Team Lead will develop and implement strategies to enhance team productivity and efficiency while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Additionally, the Team Lead will train and coach team members, fostering their development and growth within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee routine payroll tasks.
  • Review and verify records submitted by team members.
  • Identify and address discrepancies in payroll accounting.
  • Provide guidance to team members on managing responsibilities.
  • Review payroll payment lists.
  • Manage payroll, bonuses, terminations, and unused leave calculations and payments.
  • Communicate payroll issues with other departments.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
  • Minimum of 7 years of related experience.
  • Extensive experience with the Rahkaran Payroll Module.
  • Thorough knowledge of Payroll Tax and SSO.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, a welcoming personality, focused, motivated to improve, and hardworking.
