About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Social Media and Communication Specialist to join the Corporate Communication team. The person in this role will be responsible for leading and executing our social media and communication strategies across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of content creation, brand storytelling, audience engagement, and analytics. You will play a key role in enhancing our online presence, engaging our community, and communicating our brand's voice consistently and effectively.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing, communication, and branding goals.
  • Lead content planning and execution across all major platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).
  • Craft compelling copy and content that drives engagement and builds brand awareness.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics; adjust strategy for improvement and optimize engagement based on data insights.
  • Oversee the social media calendar and coordinate cross-functional content contributions (marketing, PR, product, etc.).
  • Act as the primary point of contact for social media communications during campaigns, events, or crisis situations.
  • Collaborate with design, video, and other creative teams to produce high-quality, on-brand content.
  • Stay up-to-date on social media trends, tools, best practices, and competitive landscape.
  • Build and nurture relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and key partners.

Requirements:

  • +2 years of experience in social media management and digital communications.
  • Proven track record of successful social media campaigns and growing online communities.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong understanding of Social Media analytics tools.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.
  • A proactive, creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas
  • Experience managing paid social campaigns is a plus.
