Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for all building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, etc.) and equipment.
- Ensure that all building systems, utilities, and equipment are functioning optimally through proactive preventive maintenance programs, timely repairs, and effective facility management practices in Headquarter and periodic inspections and Advisory Services in ventures.
- Helping maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment conditions, and repair history.
- Identify and address potential issues before they escalate into major problems.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with building systems and equipment.
- Monitor and optimize energy usage to reduce costs and improve sustainability.
- Implement energy-efficient practices and technologies in HQ.
Qualifications:
- Having 6 years relevant work experience.
- At least bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil engineering, etc.
- Having knowledge about HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Able to work with Microsoft Office, proficiency.
- Having a sense of urgency and an accurate approach for Crisis management.
- Having good problem-solving and Communication skills.
- Experienced to work with facility management software (e.g., CMMS) in advantage.
