After obtaining the telecommunications services license in 2004, we have started our journey as a dynamic and innovative company in Iran, aiming at providing worldwide services, while we have been pioneering the provision of our customers with the fastest and widest data network in the country. The first TD-LTE network and the first 4G / LTE network in Iran were launched by MTN Irancell to transform the mobile and fixed Internet experience for Iranians. By connecting more than 45 million people in Iran, we have been providing our customers with a world of new and bold digital services.
To interact with multiple streams such as Core, RAN, VAS, IN, ITS, etc., to ensure rollouts/expansions/upgrades/swaps/trials are well managed and don’t adversely affect the network performance.
To keep abreast with the technology roadmap and utilize the knowledge of all network service flows to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
To develop and deliver complex engineering designs and support deliveries, focusing mainly on delivering the GSM/UMTS/LTE /SVC core networks.
To configure Network Configuration analysis and escalate remedial steps to the MS/Operations team for any suboptimal configuration to keep planning in sync for changes in HLD (High-level design) and LLD (Low-level design)
To provide CS Core network capacity/performance analysis in alignment with VAS/RAN/IN/IPBB and escalate to respective divisions/departments.
To provide CS core KPI creations/proposals per optimization requirements using required software.
To evaluate CS-IMS core features and propose improvements to the CS core network and revenue generation.
To participate in revenue steering aspects and propose solutions/features on the potential of existing revenue leakage points from a core perspective.
To investigate and check new optimization plans for the CS network and contribute to its implementation.
To support CS-IMS Core Planning, business, and other units in improving services, issues resolution, and new services launch.
To provide deep protocol level analysis using probe/analyzer and optimization proposals to support the manager in introducing new products and services in the core network area in cooperation with Marketing.
To engage in supervising vendors' operations in an outsourced environment.
To address network bottlenecks and discover solutions for improving user experience
To study 5G technology and prepare the team for a well-organized optimization program during and after the service launch
To analyze and keep track of CORE CS/IMS/SVC/5G Core network performance and investigate the root cause(s) of performance degradations,
To perform on-demand and proactive analysis on specific issues (new performance degradation, customer complaints...),
To provide recommendations to solve the identified issues (SVC/ IMS equipment parameter tuning with targeted value),
To analyze, develop, and create new KPIs, counters, dashboards, and reports to complement our solution by adding value use cases answering the significant issues using SQL/Python.
To study and enhance new services like SVC, VoLTE, VoWIFI, and Vo5G and provide solutions in order to improve customer experience.
To work closely with other domains’ Optimization members to identify issues and suggest improvement actions.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years in a Telecom environment, preferably in a core operation or design and optimization environment with experience on value-added voice services.
Programming experience (SQL/Python)
BS electronics and telecommunication engineering
