Responsibilities:
- Carrying out all administrative tasks related to salaries and wages
and performing archiving tasks.
- Control and correction of the timekeeping system.
- Archiving.
- Controlling timekeeping files and recording personnel names in insurance and tax systems and payroll software
- Making initial preparations for salary calculations
- Preparing contracts and distributing them
- Registering personnel in payroll systems
- Preparing and sending routine reports
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources ,Management or relevant field.
- Having at least 1 year experience in Payroll administrative or HR field.
- Having good communication , collaboration and following-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office software special Excel.
- Working with time-keeping software is a advantage.
