Job Description:
Design, develop, test, and deploy cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter/Dart
Implement features utilizing Clean Architecture, BLoC, and appropriate design patterns
Integrate with backend services via RESTful APIs and WebSockets
Develop and maintain reusable Flutter packages and/or plugins
Write effective unit and widget tests to ensure code quality
Collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and engineers
Perform code reviews, share best practices, and contribute to team knowledge
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues
Stay current with Flutter advancements and contribute to technical documentation

Job Requirements:
 More than 5 years of software development experience, with 3+ years focused on Flutter/Dart
Strong hands-on experience with BLoC state management
Solid understanding and practical application of Clean Architecture
Proficiency in software design patterns
Proven experience integrating with REST APIs and WebSockets
Demonstrable experience creating reusable Flutter packages or plugins
Proficient in writing Flutter unit and widget tests
Experience with Git and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
