About the Role

Cabin crew are the face of the airline. Our cabin crew are at the heart of every flight. Whether you are just beginning your journey as an Initial Cabin Crew, bringing experience as a seasoned crew member, stepping up as a Senior Cabin Crew, or guiding others as a Cabin Crew Instructor -your role is vital. You will ensure safety, deliver warm and thoughtful service, and create a welcoming atmosphere for every passenger on board. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about people, committed to excellence, and ready to grow within a dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

·       For Initial and Experienced Cabin Crew(CCM):
·       Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during all flight phases
·       Perform safety checks and adhere strictly to emergency procedures
·       Deliver attentive and professional in-flight service
·       Communicate clearly and courteously with passengers and crew
·       Maintain high standards of grooming and uniform presentation
·       Assist passengers with special needs or challenging situations
·       Participate actively in pre-flight briefings, training sessions, and regular assessments
·       Stay flexible and prepared for standby flights or schedule changes
·       Lead and supervise the cabin crew team throughout the flight
·       Coordinate communication between cockpit and cabin
·       Ensure compliance with safety protocols and service procedures
·       Handle complex situations or emergencies with sound judgment and authority
·       Monitor service quality and provide guidance to ensure consistent excellence
·       Evaluate crew performance and provide constructive feedback
·       Support the onboarding and integration of new team members
·       Develop, deliver, and update training programs based on aviation standards
·       Conduct theoretical and practical instruction in safety, service, and soft skills
·       Assess trainees' performance, knowledge, and readiness for operational duties
·       Provide mentorship and ongoing coaching to new and existing crew

Requirements

·       High school diploma (higher have advantage especially language/tourism/major/nursing/physiology graduated is preferable)
·       If initial cabin crew candidates have completed special training courses such as first aid, firefighting or psychology, have advantage.
·       Criminal background check clearance.
·       Ability to speak, read and write in English (other languages is an advantage .Turkish, Arabic, Armenian, Russian………)
