Responsibilities
- Monthly review of actuals vs budget;
- Monitoring P&L performance (throughout the month) and proactively identifying opportunities for enhancement;
- Implementing new streamlined management reporting;
- Preparing consolidated forecasts and past performance reviews for monthly and quarterly meetings;
- Improving automation of current monthly financial forecasting and budgeting;
- Supporting the business in delivering ad-hoc forecasting and financial business reviews as requested by the board/investors;
- Defining and analysing key business metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- A degree in Finance, Business, Engineering or other relevant fields;
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience;
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in areas including business planning, P&L analysis and business analysis;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Solid communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Skills
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting;
- Previous experience with stakeholder management.
