Job Summary:
The Litigation Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all litigation and dispute resolution matters for Digikala. This role involves providing strategic legal advice, managing court cases, and ensuring compliance with legal procedures and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Litigation Management: Oversee and coordinate all litigation and dispute resolution processes, including managing external legal counsel.
- Legal Strategy: Develop and implement legal strategies to protect the company's interests in litigation and dispute resolution.
- Documentation: Draft, review, and manage legal documents related to litigation, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with litigation and dispute resolution.
- Legal Research: Conduct legal research to support litigation strategies and stay updated on relevant legal developments.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the litigation team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to provide updates and strategic advice on litigation matters.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master degree in law or equivalent legal qualification.
- Experience: Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in litigation management, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and dispute resolution.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Language: Fluent in English and Persian.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the e-commerce or technology sector.
- Having the license from the Bar Association
