Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and refine processes to ensure efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
• Monitor and evaluate process effectiveness, recommending improvements as needed.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and vendor performance metrics to generate actionable insights.
• Utilize data to identify new vendor opportunities, forecast trends, and optimize acquisition strategies.
• Prepare and present analytical reports and recommendations to senior management.
• Proficiency in analyzing complex sales data and extracting meaningful insights to drive decision-making.
• Experience in leading and mentoring a team, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
• Ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve goals and maintain high performance.

 

Requirements:

• Skilled in evaluating and improving business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in vendor acquisition and management.
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Trello, Microsoft Project) for tracking project progress and managing tasks.
• Proficiency in using data analytics tools and software for in-depth analysis and reporting.
• Ability to create compelling data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar software.
