Responsibilities:
- Identify partnership opportunities with relevant businesses and organizations
- Initiate and manage the negotiation and contracting process with potential partners
- Present offerings tailored to the partner’s needs and goals
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Ops, Marketing, etc.) to ensure seamless execution
- Monitor and evaluate partnership outcomes and provide actionable insights
- Contribute to the growth and refinement of partnership strategy
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in business partnerships, corporate sales, or business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with fintech, digital banking, or financial services is a strong plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
