Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and strategic Acquisition and Growth Manager to lead and scale our customer acquisition efforts across all channels. In this role, you will focus on growth efficiency, funnel optimization, and strategic expansion. Responsibilities:

  • Lead multi-channel acquisition strategies, including paid media, SEO, partnerships, affiliates, and referral programs.
  • Own and optimize key customer acquisition metrics: CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and ROAS.
  • Design, execute, and scale growth experiments, continuously iterating based on data.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, CRM, Content, and Performance teams to optimize the entire customer journey and funnel.
  • Manage acquisition budgets efficiently and accurately forecast growth outcomes.
  • Analyze acquisition performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies to capitalize on them

Qualifications:

  • 4–6 years of experience in growth marketing, acquisition, or related roles, with proven success in scaling customer bases.
  • Deep knowledge of paid media, organic growth strategies, and funnel management.
  • Hands-on experience with key analytics and marketing platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Strong understanding of digital product or service business models, preferably in B2C environments.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset

  • Expertise in paid media strategy and execution
