Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities
To follow company's media content strategy and collaborate with all divisions to maintain the company's corporate image and identity in media contents.
To check all company materials in media, including advertisements, to make sure they are aligned with corporate awareness program and strategy, as per PR matters.
To engage with related stakeholders to meet company PR requirements on content production.
To produce company official Media Releases as well as customized PR contents, statements and releases based on the targeted media both official and unofficial.
To produce social media contents of the company Media Communications
To produce required contents for the company CEO social media accounts
To produce required company Public Relations response texts to media queries and reports
To liaise with media relations team to ensure full appliance of the media contents’ publishing plan
To coordinate with the media organizations in order to brief them for content production about the company
To coordinate relationship with the Public Relations Photography & Multimedia production vendors
To coordinate the production of any multimedia content for the company Media Communications team
To prepare analysis reports to measure the results of PR programs and campaigns and take corrective actions if necessary and broadcast the needed reports to the related audience within the organization through the Public Relations Mailboxes
To prepare the archive files of Public Relations Multimedia contents
To take proper actions to develop and administrate the Public Relations News website and other media channels
To take proper actions to administrate Media Communications team’s digital tools
To produce required media contents during the events and exhibitions
To prepare any needed report about the Public Relations activities and performance, required by internal customers
To be alerted in case of any media crisis and assist the Content Manager to hold the Communications Crisis Committee according to the procedure and to follow-up the agreed actions
To assist the Content Manager for representing the CA Head in the internal committees as the division champion
To coordinate the preparation of required Policies and Procedures

Education
BA in Communications (Public Relations, Journalism, or related), master's in communications or MBA is a plus
Fluent in English

Experience
Minimum of 3 years' experience in Public Relations and Affairs,
Experience of working in a medium to large size organization,
Experience in organizing and publishing media contents,
Experience of working in a PR team having relation with media’s editorial team /or experience of working in a news media’s editorial having relation with PRs
Familiarity with digital marketing concept and trends.
Experience in preparing daily media monitoring and analyzing reports.
Experience in Media event management
Cross-functional role relationships and networking experience is required
