Responsibilities:
Managing the Business Development team, Operations Support team, and Regional Office Support team.
Oversee office management and control operational costs and expenses.
Execute and continuously improve local processes and workflows.
Monitor team performance and prepare regular reports for management.
Design, document, and update operational processes.
Collaborate with senior management and executive teams on strategic planning and decision-making.
Ensure 100% achievement of planned operational targets.
Maintain regular communication with the department manager for updates on ongoing procedures.
Create clear action plans for team arrangements and keep management informed.

3+ years of experience in team management and leadership.
