Responsibilities:
•    Develop and implement workforce strategies to optimize staffing levels and improve operational efficiency.
•    Analyze workforce data, trends, and KPIs to provide actionable insights for business decisions.
•    Identify opportunities to enhance workforce management processes, ensuring alignment with business goals.
•    Work closely with HR, operations, and finance teams to align workforce strategies with company objectives.
•    Leverage workforce management tools and software to streamline scheduling, forecasting, and reporting.

Requirements:
•    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant fields.
•    At least 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
•    Familiarity with workforce management software (e.g., Verint, NICE, or similar)
•    Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
•    Strong command of forecasting and workforce planning
