Avakatan, a leading figure in the retail, shop and industry since 2003, seeks a detail-oriented and organized Office Manager to join our team in Tehran. The Office Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment, facilitating effective communication, and enhancing the productivity of our administrative operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative functions to support office operations.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and events, ensuring all logistical arrangements are fulfilled.
- Oversee office supplies inventory and order as necessary to maintain stock levels.
- Handle correspondence and communications for the office, ensuring timely responses and appropriate distribution.
- Support staff by facilitating communication between departments and assisting with administrative tasks.
- Maintain a welcoming and efficient reception area, greeting visitors and managing incoming inquiries.
- Implement and uphold office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Develop and maintain filing systems to ensure organized records and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data entry tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using office software and equipment.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with tact.
- Familiarity with office procedures and practices.
