 In the role of After-Sales Service Specialist within the After-Sales Service unit at Snap Shop, you will be instrumental in enhancing customer satisfaction by providing expert technical support for a diverse array of digital devices. Your primary responsibility will involve conducting comprehensive physical inspections and initial technical evaluations of returned devices, facilitating accurate diagnosis of issues, and effectively resolving customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive initial technical tests on various digital devices, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other electronic equipment, to identify functionality and performance issues.
• Conduct detailed physical inspections of returned devices to evaluate their condition and determine the necessary steps for repair or replacement.
• Accurately document and maintain records of accepted devices in the system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible for future reference.
• Engage with customers to understand their concerns, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions that enhance their experience with Snap Shop.
• Collaborate with the team to create and refine technical and warranty guidelines, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

 Requirements:

 • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues across a wide range of digital devices.
 • Strong knowledge of leading brands and models in the digital device market. 
• In-depth comprehension of warranty policies and conditions pertaining to digital devices 
• Exceptional skills in managing multiple priorities effectively, with a proven track record of multitasking. 
• Meticulous focus on accuracy in assessments, documentation, and customer interactions. 
• Strong communication abilities, contributing effectively as a team member. 
• Adaptable to changing situations and requirements. 
• Commitment to delivering high-quality work and service.
