Roles & Responsibilities
To assist in preparing the annual budget for the Corporate Affairs division.
To track and monitor financial expenditures against the approved budget.
To prepare financial reports, forecasts, and cost analyses for management review.
Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations.
To respond and take care of CA vendor follow-ups over their payments.
To ensure financial transactions comply with internal controls and policies.
To support procurement processes by preparing purchase requests, vendor selection documentation, and expense approvals.
To assist in reviewing and managing contracts and agreements related to service providers and external vendors.
To maintain records of financial commitments and contractual obligations.
To provide administrative assistance to the Corporate Affairs head, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, booking CA taxi requests, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
To ensure compliance with corporate policies for administrative and operational processes.
To act as a liaison between the office of Corporate Affairs head and other departments (Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement, & etc.).
To ensure all financial and administrative activities adhere to corporate governance, compliance policies, and audit requirements.
To identify financial risks and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.
To maintain proper documentation and records for audit and regulatory purposes.
To maintain CA warehouse and physical properties
To hold the CA Petty Cash, maintain related invoices and work with the Finance team for the related affairs.
To coordinate to send flowers, gifts, letters, & etc. as the congratulatory or condolence message to CA VIP vendors according to the policy.
Education
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
Fluency in English is a plus
Experience
3–5 years of experience in financial & procurement coordination, budgeting, and administration.
Experience of working in a large corporate environment is preferred.
Cross-functional role relationships and networking experience
