Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to follow the execution of strategic projects across the operations department. This role is critical in ensuring that project activities are well-coordinated, deadlines are met, and goals are achieved efficiently. Projects may range from the expansion of our fulfillment center to a wide variety of cross-functional, high-impact business initiatives across the operations.

Responsibilities:

 • Coordinate and monitor daily project activities across multiple strategic initiatives.
• Track timelines, deliverables, budgets, and milestones to ensure consistent project progress.
• Collaborate in problem definition and breakdown process.
• Hold project members and operational stakeholders accountable for assigned tasks and deliverables.
• Generate and present clear reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including schedules, cost tracking, and updates.
• Facilitate internal communications across teams to ensure transparency and focus.
• Identify and raise potential risks or delays to ensure timely issue resolution.

 Requirements:

 • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in a junior project management, product management, or project coordination role.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and strong problem-solving capabilities, essential for success in this role.
• Ability to work and analyze business data.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex dynamics, build trust, and foster collaboration across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, with a strong focus on accountability and follow-through. 
• Highly self-motivated, with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership and responsibility. 
• Strong time management and scheduling abilities. 
• Ability to prioritize work and multitask efficiently.
• Resilience in fast-paced environments.
