About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven ECRM Expert to lead and optimize our marketing automation initiatives. In this role, you will design, implement, and manage data-driven campaigns through platforms such as WebEngage, ensuring personalized user journeys that drive engagement, retention, and conversion.
Responsibilities:
- Design, launch, and optimize marketing automation campaigns using WebEngage.
- Segment users based on behavioral data.
- Analyze user behavior and funnel performance using tools like Metabase, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Clarity.
- Create customer journeys to improve lifecycle marketing strategies.
- Track and implement user Events and Attributions across various platforms.
- Identify and enhance key digital marketing metrics (e.g., CTR, retention, ROI).
- Build marketing dashboards in Looker Studio and other analytics platforms.
- Manage omnichannel campaigns across push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging.
- Collaborate with the analytics team to define, monitor, and evaluate KPI frameworks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with marketing automation tools, particularly WebEngage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing automation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and metrics.
- Hands-on experience building Funnels and Customer Journey.
- Basic knowledge of SQL is a strong plus.
