Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Client-Side Network & Security Analyst to join our internal IT team. This role focuses on supporting and securing network access and infrastructure for internal users, including office staff, warehouse teams, remote workers, and CRM agents. Your job is to ensure reliable client-side connectivity, secure device access, and enforce security policies across all user endpoints. You’ll work closely with the broader IT team to monitor and optimize client-side networks using tools like Cisco ISE, Fortinet firewalls, and Splunk. From Wi-Fi performance and VPN access to endpoint access control and auditing, you’ll be our go-to expert on keeping user-side IT safe and efficient.

Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and optimize our network infrastructure built on Cisco switches, MikroTik routerboards, and WLAN links.
• Maintain and manage Fortinet firewalls and related security policies across the organization.
• Design and enforce Quality of Service (QoS) policies to prioritize mission-critical traffic.
• Perform client-side network security audits and support log analysis using tools like Splunk.
• Administer and enhance identity and access management using Cisco ISE or OpenRADIUS.
• Assist in the segmentation and securing of internal networks, including wireless access points and VPN tunnels.
• Work proactively to identify and mitigate security risks and performance bottlenecks.
• Stay informed on the latest network security threats, tools, and best practices. 

Requirements:

• +1 year of hands-on experience in network operations or network security roles.
• Certifications such as CCNA Security, Fortinet NSE, or CompTIA Security+. 
• Strong knowledge of Cisco switching, MikroTik routerboards, and WLAN P2P technologies.
• Experience in configuring and managing Fortinet firewalls and network security rules.
• Familiarity with QoS policies, VLANs, and network performance tuning.
• Basic to intermediate experience with Splunk or other SIEM/log analysis tools.
• Working knowledge of Cisco ISE, FreeRADIUS/OpenRADIUS, or other identity systems.
• Comfortable with both CLI-based and GUI-based network configuration tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in an e-commerce, logistics, or retail technology environment.
• Knowledge of VOIP systems.
• Exposure to NAC (Network Access Control) and Zero Trust Architecture.
