We’re hiring a Digital Campaign Manager to join our growing sales team. You’ll be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing digital ad campaigns for clients handled through agency sales teams — with the goal of improving satisfaction, boosting ad spend, and delivering results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and CTR.
- Conduct A/B testing to identify best practices and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with customers' marketing teams to align campaign strategies with overall business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices.
- Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and trends.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across sales, tech, and business teams.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in performance marketing or campaign management.
- Familiarity with CPC/CPM models, ad platforms, KPIs, and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and platform-specific dashboards.
- Excellent understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative best practices.
