Job Summary:
Marketing Automation Specialist will be responsible for performing the activities related to Brand and Performance Communications. This individual will support projects involving tactical execution of campaigns, and innovative communications to increase performance marketing conversion/gmv uplift. Must have experience with email, sms, and push channels and using various digital marketing tools with a strong interest in data management and analytics.
Responsibilities:
Executing personalized campaigns on a combination of channels (mainly email, SMS, push, web push, and onsite)
Preparing and running automated communication flows (Journeys) with value creation and retention targets
Segmenting users based on their behavior, A/B, and multi-variation testing, and constant optimization of processes
Participating in marketing automation maintenance and making sure the system is in alignment with different products to keep the data accurate
Actively researching and participating in finding new communication opportunities and best marketing automation practices
Requirements:
Must be able to effectively communicate with different teams to discover issues and opportunities
Must have good teamwork skills to achieve maximum effectiveness
Great problem-solving skills and a keen eye for creative solutions
Flexible, adaptable, and agile in the face of changes and challenges
Experienced with one of the main marketing automation systems like WebEngage, Emarsys, Insider, etc.
Familiar with automation and retention terms and subjects like lifecycle marketing, RFM, etc.
Familiar with data-driven and data-informed marketing
Responsible and eager to learn and develop
