Roles & Responsibilities
•To collaborate with cross-functional teams,both internal and external, in MTNIrancell ITS departments to ensure all service levels and related PPPs conform to defined agreements and internationally recognized benchmarks.
•To actively participate in selecting suitable technologies and negotiate/manage contracts with suppliers accordingly.
•To liaise with different ITS departments, especially the Program Office, business units, and outsourcing partners for systems enhancements requirements and the smooth implementation of these enhancements and new systems/applications.
•To support interaction with audit bodies as per the audit cycle or raised audit items resolution.
•Analyze all FinTech services and related projects, including new systems implementations and existing systems’ enhancements, simultaneously with operations management and ensure they are aligned with operations expectations.
•To oversee and organize new system integrations with payment platforms to help expand the company’s business and sales.
•To implement policies, processes, and procedures to ensure FinTech systems work as defined.
•To support the outsourcing partners in administrative and operational tasks for systems, system’ reconciliations, Systems’ Integrity Checks, System Security Maintenance, etc.
•To be fully aware of all services/functions business flow, to prevent any wrong procedure or system complexity in new project designation from operation side, and to provide correct solution for business operational requests.
•To ensure that outsourcing partners put all products, tariffs, and other enhancements and changes into production in line with business requirements and change management processes.
•To coordinate and takeover daily queries; incidents follow up till complete issue rectifying or incident closure in case of incorrect raised ones, business/other ITS teams requests,
•To coordinate and monitor outsourcing partners on their daily tasks, keep track/supervise their assigned actions or operational change to ensure it will be delivered as per agreed time.
•To prepare and oversee Service Level Agreements with internal customers (business units) and suppliers/vendors to ensure timely resolution of problems and issues.
•To influence the outsourcing partners to deliver the services and deploy the resources as per MTN Irancell’s business needs.
•To identify all API gateways and REST/SOAP services, to ensure seamless integration with FinTech partners.
•To stay update about latest knowledge, trend and technology in FinTech area.
•To stay update about financial regulations (PCI-DSS, GDPR, PSD2) and ensure operational compliance.
Job Requirements
Education
•BSc in Information Technology or related
Experience
•Minimum of 3 years of experience in the area of specialization; with experience in supervising/managing others
•Experience working in a medium to large organization
