About The Role:

Creating a suitable and excellent way of communication for our customers requires knowledge and a whole lot of ideas and innovation. We in the unified communication team are looking for a creative and professional person to be with us in this way.

The VOIP team provides a set of solutions for customer communication. Building customer call center explanations, and phone calls and automating them is a portion of this team's assignment. If you are a professional in the field of VoIP and want to experience working on a large scale, we are waiting.

We are looking for an eager and creative person in our unified communication team. The VOIP team is responsible to provide enterprise and stable telephony system solution for the internal users of System Group. This position is suitable for you if you have the desired skills and want to work in a professional environment:

Responsibilities:

Participate in on-call rotation and respond to VoIP-related incidents and service requests as needed
Supporting customers via call, email, and ticket       
Monitor VoIP infrastructure using Cisco tools (RTMT, CDR/CMR analysis, Prime Collaboration) and third-party monitoring platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve advanced voice quality issues including jitter, latency, packet loss, and codec mismatches

Configure and maintain voice gateways (CUBE, MGCP, SIP, H.323), dial plans, route patterns, and translation rules.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and configuration standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in IP telephony systems
Hands-on Experience in Collaboration system and VoIP troubleshooting, especially UCCX, CUCM, CUC, IMP, DRS, and MediaSense
Proven experience working with Unified Communications Manager (UCM) and VoIP technologies (Cisco or Asterisk)
Strong understanding of SIP, RTP, and other VoIP protocols
Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Must be attentive to detail, accurate, and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
