1. Maintain mainstream EPC products of the cloud core network, such as CloudUSN, CloudUGW, CloudEPSN, DNS, NFVI. Be responsible for fault recovery, operation review, network change, health check, and rectification of products on the live network.
2. Provide key event assurance and emergency handling services for customers.
3. Be responsible for the LLD/HLD design, delivery, acceptance, cutover, and transfer-to-maintenance of mainstream products, including delivery material output, VNF creation, VNF capacity expansion, and CE switch migration.
4. Provide technical support services for external customers, and help customers solve problems and optimize networks.
6. Share work experience and improve team technical capabilities.

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in communications, computer, electronics, etc. Master's degree is preferred;
2. Independent thinking and self-learning ability; Good teamwork spirit, strong communication skills, optimistic attitude, strong learning ability.
3. Recognize the corporate culture and develop in the company for a long time
4. Language requirements: Be fluent in English and have the ability to read English technical materials.
5. Be familiar with the basic principles of network communication protocols. Engineer who have core network (such IP network, PS, CS, IMS, EPC, and 5GC) experience is preferred.
6. Have IP engineering or maintenance experience, be familiar with IP network protocols such as TCP/IP, OSPF/BGP, and basic configuration of switches.
7. Have NFVI engineering or maintenance experience, understand the LLD content, be familiar with basic FusionSphere configurations, and be proficient in operating network management devices.
