Roles & Responsibilities
To administrate and support digital and e-commerce sales operations post commercial agreements.
to coordinate with marketplace suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery of customer orders.
To follow up on logistics-related issues, especially in cases where suppliers are responsible for shipping.
To track and report on daily/weekly/monthly performance across digital sales channels (Web Shop, Mobile App, USSD, social media, etc.).
To assist in identifying gaps and opportunities to improve digital channel performance.
To support effective communication and assist in the resolution of operational issues with suppliers and internal departments (such as Finance, Customer Relations, Legal, and ITS) to ensure the smooth functioning of e-commerce activities.
To maintain accurate data and reports related to marketplace inventory, sales, and order status.
To collaborate with teams to improve customer satisfaction in digital sales journeys.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, E-commerce, Marketing, or related fields
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in digital sales, operations, or e-commerce administration.
Familiarity with working with third-party sellers or suppliers.
Understanding of logistics and customer order fulfillment in an online environment.
